Asymptomatic Swabs

If you have been to Changi Airport, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, or any other locations that have been visited by cases while they were infectious, you may be eligible for a free swab test at any OneCare clinic.

Guidelines may change, so please refer to MOH for the latest updates.

Self-paid Swabs

Swab tests are now available upon request at all OneCare clinics.

Prices are as follows:

  • PCR Swab test: $140 before GST
  • Serology tests (IgG or IgM): $45-60 before GST

Both tests are available at all OneCare clinics by appointment only, and here are the steps that you should take to make an appointment:

  1. Have your ID number (Passport/NRIC/FIN) ready
  2. Call your preferred OneCare clinic to make an appointment for your test
  3. Inform the clinic of the following:
    1. Date of when you would need the results of the test
    2. The required testing window (e.g. you have to be tested within 72 hours of a certain date/event)
  4. Our clinic will then advise on an appropriate date and time for your visit

Pre-event testing is also available at our clinics. Event organisers may contact us to organise tests for your group.

However, if you are planning to travel, please see the following section on pre-departure swabs instead.

Pre-departure Swabs

Pre-departure swabs tests & IgM tests are available at all OneCare Clinics except for OneCare Clinic Boon Lay, OneCare Clinic Hougang, OneCare Clinic Bukit Panjang, OneCare Clinic Fernvale, and OneCare Clinic Bukit Panjang Bus Interchange.

Pre-departure swabs & IgM tests are by appointment only, and here are the steps that you should take to make an appointment:

  1. Have your flight details & passport ready
  2. Know your required testing window determined by your destination country
  3. Call your preferred clinic to make an appointment for your test (Provide flight & passport details)

You should make your appointment according to your required testing window determined by your destination country. Generally, you should complete your test at least 48 hours or 72 hours prior to your flight.

Our clinics will be able to advise on an appropriate appointment time (and results collection time) during your call with them.

Swab And Send Home (SASH)

Patients with COVID-19 related symptoms can be tested at Public Health Preparedness Clinics (PHPCs) through the Swab and Send Home (SASH) program.

A doctor will assess you and order a swab test under this program if you meet the testing criteria.

After completing your swab test at the clinic, you are to stay home and observer safe distancing measures until you are notified of your results. If the results are negative, you will be notified via SMS. If the results are positive, our clinic and a representative from MOH will contact you for the next steps.

Find out more about SASH here.

Government Funded Swabs

Starting from 2 Nov 2020, newly hired staff (including interns) of non-residential long-term care services and psychiatric facilities can be tested at PHPC clinics.

You should be asymptomatic, and will not need to be assessed by a doctor before the swab.

Please ensure that you have a valid Approval Letter before visiting our clinics for the swab test.

No appointment is needed, and you're welcome to walk-in to a OneCare clinic for the test. However, do call the clinic before your visit to ensure that it will be open on your preferred time of visit.
